GM Property Company was founded in 2018 for the purpose of managing and operating professional rental management in greater Vancouver. Property management activity consisted of residential apartments and houses primarily in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, West Vancouver and Coquitlam. The need for experienced, professional property management was recognized during these early years. In the process of managing our properties, we began attracting, training and organizing the nucleus of our present residential apartment property management group. As we began to grow and prosper, we also expanded into additional major markets and regions of the Canada helping those looking for new places to live, find an apartment to rent at one of our communities.
